Independent analyst firm, Quocirca is the fourth analyst firm, alongside Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, to rank Ricoh among global Managed Print Services (MPS) leaders. The firm has named Ricoh a global MPS market leader in its new report, Managed Print Services Landscape, 2013.
