The Directors of Thunderbolt Solutions (Pty) Ltd. (Thunderbolt) and Eco Pressroom Products (Pty) Ltd. (Eco) have announced that negotiations are taking place which, if successful, will see Thunderbolts Consumables Division merge with Eco Pressroom Products.
The merger will enable Eco to expand its footprint in South Africa, as well as enhance both companies world-class product offerings to their customers.
