Komori and INX International Ink have introduced the NW210-E intuitive inkjet UV digital narrow web press at Labelexpo, which took place at Donald E. Stephens Convention Centre, Rosemont, IL from 9-11 September 2014.

The NW210-E is designed to cost-effectively meet the growing need for both label and commercial print providers looking to expand their business opportunities. The press is adaptable and compact.

Built in collaboration with Spartanics and powered by the JetINX™ print head drive and ink recirculation system, the NW210-E press is flexible and easy-to-use. Incredibly fast, it incorporates a low-heat UV-LED pinning and curing system for single pass output at up to 24,38m (80 feet) per minute on a variety of label materials.

The NW210-E combines printing and conversion by using the Spartanics X210 200W laser die-cutting station to generate brilliant colour labels with basic to complicated die designs in just seconds. With its ability to print 210mm wide, this intensive-thinking press delivers perfectly printed, dried and cut labels that are easily removed and immediately available for customer delivery and application. Additionally, a powerful double-screen workstation allows operators to easily check and manage every part of the process from file upload to final adjustments.
