Magna Colours® Ltd the UK based manufacturer of water-based printing inks for textiles, has announced that 29 of their products have been approved by the UK Soil Association Certification for use in Organic textile processing. The products include the patented formaldehyde free discharge range, MagnaPrint® Discharge ULF Ultra.
Soil Association Certification Textile Manager and GOTS Certification Council member Georgina Thomas said, Magna Colours® Ltd’s approved range – assessed on toxicity and biodegradability – further demonstrates it is possible for innovative companies to manufacture in a manner which is kinder and cleaner for people and the environment’.
The formaldehyde-free printing systems have been approved which includes, the world’s only wash-free discharge range as well as pigments and speciality products to complement.
