Africa Print Nelspruit Attracts Visitors From Around SA and Abroad

The Africa Print expo, which took place in Nelspruit at Emnotweni Arena on 29 June 2016, attracted a lot of visitors from Hazyview, Swaziland, Maputo, Carolina, Witbank, Lydenburg and Barberton, with 200 visitors attending the expo and exhibitors reporting strong leads and sales on the day.

Platinum Expo sponsor, Canon South Africa, showcased the imageRUNNER Advance 6555i copier, which attracted entry level clients that were interested in starting a digital printing business.

First time exhibitor MPU Copiers exhibited the TASKalfa 3051ci laser printer that prints up to 30 pages per minute A4 in colour and features advanced colour technology for excellent quality. The company also showcased the Kyocera TASKalfa 356ci, which can print up to 35 pages per minute A4 in b/w, colour in simplex and duplex and scans up to 120 images per minute with one-path document processor (opt.). These attracted attention from visitors and resulted in good leads for the company.

Printing SA hosted an informative Members Forum, which discussed topics such as: Training in the Printing and Packaging Industry; introducing the New Digital Print Training Programme; apprenticeships in the Printing and Packaging Industry and Printing SA’s skills Pool.

Exhibitors met new customers from Nelspruit and those from Swaziland and Mozambique.
