TRESU Americas will highlight the Innovator Dual ink Deck flexo technology, and a range of automated equipment solutions for optimised ink and coating supply. The company will present the new TRESU InkFlex circulator for automated WB ink circulation.
The TRESU Flexo Innovator press has the Dual ink Deck feature, so press operators can now perform on-the-fly job changes, reducing make-ready time significantly. The TRESU InkFlex is supplied as a single or multi-unit automated circulator for fast and easy operation with a new intuitive user-friendly HMI interface. It is built from proven quality parts with TRESU flexo technology knowledge and features two air operated double diaphragm pumps for a wide range of WB printing applications.
Engineered to any OEM specifications, the TRESU UniPrint Easy is an automated floating suspension concept, that automatically adjusts the contact pressure to ensure optimal positioning of the chamber doctor blade systems – ensuring optimal printing quality. The compact and robust pneumatic design is remote controlled and enables automatic positioning of multiple chamber systems in remote or hard to reach locations. TRESU will showcase its solutions at FTA Infoflex in Pittsburgh from 5-6 May.
