The third round of finalists for the Pyro Inspirations – an awards ceremony that aims to recognise and reward exceptional innovation in packaging and labelling – has been announced. Parmalats on-pack discount coupon was the winner in the promotional category at the third round of the Pyro Inspirations Awards, held in KwaZulu-Natal on 14 June 2012.
Parmalat was commended on its exciting use of colour and its clear, concise and straightforward labelling. The runner up in the Promotional category was Colgate. The finalist in the Informational category was Pro-Paint, with the winner being Lawntyl for its re-sealable, user-friendly use of the Fix-a-Form leaflet label.
The Pyro Inspirations Awards are awarded five times a year for the best innovations on-pack. The finalists of the bi-monthly awards proceed into the final round and are judged by a panel of esteemed judges at a gala event at the end of the year.
