The official agreement was signed on 24 April 2025 by Michael Aengenvoort, ROTOCON Group CEO, and Ruan Jinshu, CEO of HS Machinery, and witnessed by Marco Aengenvoort, ROTOCON Europe Managing Director, and Mark Zheng, Sales Manager of HS Machinery. The initial collaboration between the two companies began in 2019.
