Diedorf is a small community in Bavaria, Germany just outside of Augsburg, where the Technikerschule Augsburg (Augsburg Technical College) fosters the next generation of technical professionals in the region. Rosas Maschinenbau has added a second production facility in Diedorf which is close to its first facility, founded in 1980.
The new spacious, state-of-the-art facility is where Rosas manufactures its high-tech rewinders and ensures peak performance through a dedicated testing and showroom area. With central storage for 20 tons of parts, Rosas can now produce just-in-time, significantly reducing delivery times and allowing for quicker responses to customer needs.
‘We’re proud to expand and deliver innovation, efficiency and excellence to our customers in every machine we build,’ said David Rosas Wolf, Managing Partner of Rosas Maschinenbau. ‘With this extra space, we are now more flexible in building more machines, especially with the increased demand for customised RFID label converting and serialisation solutions.’
This includes Rosas’ advanced solutions for serialised RFID label encoding and printing, which are in high demand across industries requiring precise product tracking, inventory accuracy, and counterfeit prevention. Rosas machines integrate high-speed encoding with high-resolution inkjet printing and seamless ERP system connectivity, enabling end-to-end traceability and efficient data management across production and logistics workflows.
Rosas actively participated in the 18th annual job fair hosted by Technikerschule Augsburg on April 9. The fair drew over 600 visitors and 60 top employers, providing valuable career opportunities for aspiring engineers and technicians.
