Italian luxury notebook and diary manufacturer, Castelli SPA, has partnered with Scodix, installing a new Ultra SHD 6500 press to bring digital embellishment to their stationery products. The new Scodix Ultra SHD 6500 allows Castelli Milano to offer print options and embellishments on B1 formats, opening new creative avenues for their exquisite range of notebooks and diaries.
For more than 25 years, Castelli has been manufacturing Italian styled promotional notebooks, journals, diaries and other branded goods for the international retail market. All Castelli products are made in their Italian headquarters.

Scodix’s SHD™ technology enables Castelli’s teams to add polymer placement and borders for detailed designs, including fine lines, intricate patterns, small text, and large flat foiling. Scodix MLE allows for structured layering of the polymer in a single pass-through repeated media rotation.
