Lexjet announced four new Pantone proofing papers, which are true game-changers for the world of colour matching.
These proofing papers meet one of the following stringent specifications: SWOP 3, Gracol 2006 or the new, and difficult to achieve, Gracol 2013 proofing paper standards. The Pantone Premium G13 Semi-Matte 250g is one of the first proofing papers to meet the highest standards, Gracol 2013, with specialised paper construction that changes the colour of the base paper without loading the coating with optical brighteners. This technology, paired with an additional inkjet coating layer, allow prepress proofers the ability to hit the widest range of spot colours possible.
The papers have achieved best-in-class status, making them the ideal choice for both prepress and commercial proofers when colours must be absolutely accurate. The papers are backed by PANTONE, the world-renowned authority on colour and colour accuracy communication.
The papers are compatible with the latest aqueous printers from Canon, Epson and HP.
