This is the third time within one year in which the drying system has won awards. Companies with the system are profiting from reduced paper waste and ink usage, lower use of energy, fewer man hours and, because of the H-UV system’s quick drying, the elimination of spray powder and no marking.

Print Stars 2011 winners were awarded with ‘The Innovation Prize of the
German Printing Industry in front of a record 430 guests at the annual
ceremony which took place at the Culture and Congress Hall in Stuttgart,
Germany. The organisation received more than 373 submissions from in

quality on various substrates has previously led to awards in the USA
and Japan –  now Europe -where more printers are quickly becoming
enthusiastic about the Komori-developed H-UV system.
