Heidelberg South Africa has launched its Online shop, the company’s latest tool that enables customers to enjoy purchasing consumable products more efficiently, allowing them to focus on the more vital revenue-generating functions of their business.

The new online portal enables customers to shop safely and securely 24/7. The Online shop facilitates ordering from a comprehensive product catalogue which is made simple by using customised shopping lists, past orders or invoice data which is available immediately.

The clear page structure and navigation have been developed with ease of use in mind, so you can find what you’re looking for quickly.

Customers now have easy access to browse and place orders from the full range of products with account-specific pricing being displayed. For additional support, product information and pricing negotiations, they can contact a helpful sales representative.

Besides saving on costs, customers will also know exactly what has been ordered with the applicable prices and an automatic email notification for every order that is placed. Delivery will be standard following the same delivery schedule as normal telephone/emailed orders would do.

By adding one’s equipment to one’s profile, i.e. registering serial number, make and model, it will be both easier for Heidelberg and the customer to order the correct consumables and spare parts for the machine.
