Flint Demonstrating Business Enhancing Solutions

Flint Group will once again showcase its broad range of technologies whereby audiences can learn how the systems and solutions of the company can support their businesses. This includes getting the latest details on developments from Flint Group‘s four different product groups that encompass prepress and pre-production, digital and conventional print and embellishments, converting and delivery.

Flint Group will showcase it solutions at All in Print in Shanghai from 24-28 October. Flint Group CEO Antoine Fady said, ‘We are looking forward to talking to visitors in this busy regional market. We want to share our view on how they can enhance their services, develop their capabilities and expand their customer base, all with the aim of enabling their operations to continue to thrive.’

Digital Solutions with Xeikon will be helping visitors identify ways to cost effectively expand their business production capabilities and door opening opportunities with its Xeikon 3300 roll-to-roll configuration. It supports high quality production for self-adhesive labels and the heat-transfer sector. The cost effective entry level narrow web label press excels in productivity and prints at true 1200dpi offering operators flexibility and operations scalability. It is the only digital press with a real prepress workflow and strong colour management functionality to ensure maximum performance with CMYK + White. Its water resistant dry toner allows the use of substrates without any specific treatment.

Flint Group’s Digital Solutions with ThermoFlexX platemaking systems provide high-resolution plate imaging, unique plate handling and productivity. On show will be the ThermoFlexX 60 digital flexo plate imager that enables output of 12sqm an hour at 2400dpi. It has a maximum resolution of 5080dpi, the highest on the market, allowing the production of halftone screens of 250lpi, ideal for intricate, high quality work. It will automatically select the correct resolution depending on the job and alter the optics accordingly.

Also present will be Flint Group’s other division, Flexographic. They will offer a complete product portfolio of nyloflex printing plates, plate processing equipment and rotec sleeves and adapters. In focus will be the nyloflex Xpress Thermal Processing System, and its flat top dot and round dot top thermal plates, which are optimised for the Xpress thermal processor, delivering excellent print results in the flexible packaging and label markets.
