HPs Capture programme (Capture) has expanded its offering and published its calendar of seminars and workshops to the Middle East and Africa. Designed to help customers get the most from their presses and printers, the programme comprises educational events and a comprehensive HP Capture website, available to all HP press and printer owners.
The global growth of digital print has seen the installation of digital printing devices into the growing markets of the Middle East and Africa. As a result, the Capture programme is being ramped up in these areas to ensure the business success of HP customers.
Updated materials now available include: customer case studies; how-to-guides, market reports; vertical market guides; self promotion marketing templates and videos showing new technologies and techniques.
Courses have been run in Greece, Turkey and East Africa, and the programme for the coming year will offer more courses in those areas and introduce the programme to Morocco and South Africa.
Recently, two-day seminars were run for HP Indigo press users in Athens, Greece, attracting 20 participants. With the themes, Digital Selling Skills and Building a Digital Business, the sessions gave participants the opportunity to develop their expertise in sales and marketing digital print and maximise the production of their HP Indigo presses.
Working with local distributors, these core courses, localised for the target markets, will be offered in South Africa, East Africa, Morocco, Greece, Turkey and Israel.
The extension of HP Capture into Turkey, Morocco, Greece and South Africa not only demonstrates HPs commitment to these PSPs and markets, but extends the sense of community within the modern graphic arts, said Simon Addinall, customer development manager, EMEA, HP Indigo Division, HP. With the move of digital printing into the mainstream, helping our customers everywhere get the most from their machines is in everyones interest. The HP Capture programme can be localised and has a proven record of helping PSPs print high value pages and expand their range of applications.
To make immediate use of the available resources, PSPs should visit www.hp.com/go/capture, register and log in.
