Riso duplicator

RISO digital duplicators, also known as Riso machines, are the most cost-effective solution in making more than 25 copies of a specific page. Because a digital duplicator uses ink and not toner, it does not require warm up time, operates at advanced speeds and uses less electricity.

Riso ComColor 9150 with perfect binder

The RISO ComColor takes printing to a higher level with one of the world’s fastest (150 pages per minute) print speeds. It leverages the inkjet technology and production speed of the ComColor X1 series printers to create a self-contained book manufacturing solution for both short runs and on-demand production.

Also being showcased is the Canon iPF 670 wide format multifunction device, a convenient and efficient entry-level 61cm (24 inch) MFP with sensible running costs.

Through Kyocera’s advanced technology, energy use has been reduced and most replacement parts have been eliminated or replaced with long life components, reducing the maintenance requirements and downtime of equipment.

The following software will be demonstrated with the Kyocera solutions:

MyQ is a server-based application that streamlines and secures document management. The embedded Print&Follow application increases printer efficiency and speeds up the printing process. Instead of sending a document to a given device, users send it to the MyQ server that all the devices in the office can access.

The document can then be printed from any free device. This helps reduce printing queues and increases the overall security of documents, as the device does not release the document until the sender has logged in and selected it for printing.

SmartScan is a HyPAS software enabling users to scan documents easily and efficiently. It offers scanning to various destinations like email or folder, and allows users to change scan settings such as the colour mode or file format with a push of a button.

Since 1987, Laserfiche Enterprise Content Management software has been trusted by more than 35,000 organisations worldwide to manage, secure and share information.
