ROTOCON hosted a successful week-long visit from Eric Hoendervangers, Managing Director of MPS, showcasing the importance of the South African market in this industry. Hoendervangers met with existing and prospective MPS customers throughout Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.

Hoendervangers was extremely pleased with the positive reception from leading South African companies visited and the level of product knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by hosts Patrick Aengenvoort, Pascal Aengenvoort, and Akhmuth Sayed.

This visit proved that MPS has appointed the right representative for our product in South Africa, said Eric Hoendervangers. The ROTOCON team are extremely connected to the market and converters in South Africa which was made evident in all customer meetings. I am convinced MPS and ROTOCON will share a successful partnership in South Africa.

We were honoured to host one of the owners of MPS, which shows the importance of the South African market in this industry. This visit helped reinforce that MPS offers high-quality presses but at a price-point that is attractive in this market, said Aengenvoort.

MPS produces unique printing presses that aim at high-end label, flexible packaging and carton board markets. Built with servo-drive technology, and a design philosophy based on quality, productivity and flexibility, MPS flexo presses are trendsetting for the converting industry. Automated Print Control (APC) of all relevant press settings and the iControl digital machine interface offering an ergonomic press control system are just two of the latest innovations brought to the industry by MPS.
