Compared to conventional multi-pass production, FLEXJET delivers 60% start-up time savings, 30% waste reduction, and double the output, with faster time to market and the convenience of a complete solution from a single supplier – allowing converters to simplify label production. These performance metrics are based on simulated workflows for a 2000 linear metre job with one SKU.

Slovakian converter Litograf has invested in the DIGITAL MASTER 340 with the BOBST FLEXJET module to expand its multilayer product offering.
