Designed for standard label formats and roll-fed materials, the new EyeC ProofRunner Evo modular inline inspection system combines AI technology with a scalable architecture that grows with production demands. The modular design allows users to start with an affordable base configuration and gradually upgrade the system to the more powerful HighLight or HighLight UHD variants as their needs evolve.
The existing hardware remains unchanged. A high-resolution 4K colour line scan camera ensures pixel-accurate inspection, while the flexible lighting concept enables easy replacement of the lighting units.
Equipped with advanced AI technology, the ProofRunner Evo delivers intelligent, content-based defect classification. The system accurately detects and automatically categorises relevant quality deviations while reliably filtering out insignificant variances. This results in increased inspection speeds and a significantly lowered false positive rate.
